Brand new to adminy stuff, so please forgive my naïveté but what exactly IS the backpack.fetch command? Who needs the "fetch" permission?

It allows players to make key binds to quickly fetch specific items from their backpack. Optional feature for normal players or VIPs. Could also be integrated with a UI of some kind via another plugin.
