so i had to re-create a server, and ive noticed that for any new visitors to the server they are unable to use a backpack and what ive noticed is that it doesnt create a file inside the "data\backpacks" folder with their steam id, and if i manually create this then it magically works. ive checked security on the folder and nothing seems out of place here.
any ideas, or what i can do to provide further debug info?
