Console command bind b chat.say /backpack worked before the last wipe while looking in a chest or tool cupboard.
Now when I try to open the backpack while looking in a tc for example it will not open the backpack.
Is there a command I can use in console to fix it?

I have never been able to see the contents of any container or tc while having the backpack open to view at the same time. ?
when you open a container of any type your inventory will be open and the container contents,
if you open your backpack you will not be able to open a container till you close the backpack, if  you are looking into a container and press the backpack gui the backpack will open and replace the container view.
So your view will always be container + inventory , or Backpack + Inventory
