Hey there! So I am opening this thread to request an Extremely Useful feature, at least for me.

I would like to see a "Blacklist All Items" option and then add a 'Whitelist' section. This will therefore block all items automatically, and then allow you to specifically allow certain items in the 'Whitelist' section. Exactly like the Blacklist section works now.

Hopefully you can add this, thanks a lot!
