Every single time i add backpacks into my plugins i cannot see my sever or connect to it.
Im unsure how to get the logs of where the error could be coming from.
Using a service to rent the server on myblackbox.com < not advertising just seeing if maybe someone knew how to get the logs. 

Ok so ive gotten it to, not do that to my server any more but now i cant figure out how to actuall open the backbacks? ive done the binding thing and /backpack still nothing

How did you do the binding exactly?

bind b backpack.open

ok so ive been trying to give my self permissions and put in
o.grant group default backpacks.use 
and it says the permission does not exisit 

Sounds like you do not have the plugin loaded.
