I am sure im just missing something but what is the command to wipe all backpacks please ?
Also i have clear backpacks after wipe set to true but they did not clear...

There's not a command to wipe backpacks, but you can unload the plugin, then delete all of the json files in the oxide/data/Backpacks directory, then reload the plugin. Not sure why they didn't clear in this case since this plugin uses the same hook for detecting wipes as other plugins.
