Thanks for reporting these bugs. It would help with investigating these if you could provide more information.
For #1, were there a lot of player corpses in the area? There is code to prevent the owner's corpse from pushing the backpack through the ground but other corpses can still cause it.
For #2, are there particular items going missing, such as item types introduced in recent updates? Is the plugin being reloaded? Are server restarts happening before the items are observed to be gone? How long has this issue been happening?
