Hello. Players can´t use backpack after been killed or death. Someone reconnected and it worked and some said after few hours it worked again.
Any Suggestions what this could be ? The config settings are like it is in installed mode.

I submitted a patch for this a while back. The plugin author plans to add it in the next release.

The issue happens when the player is killed while offline. Depending on the value of the "Only Save Backpacks on Server-Save (true/false)" config option, the resolution is for the player to either wait until the next save interval (default every 10 minutes) or to reconnect to the server.
