when the server wipes, players keep there loot in their backpacks, it doesnt reset, do i need the change somthing

yes change in the config file 

@tomhud how do i reset it if i didnt know about doing it through the config file. Or should i say, how do you do a manual reset?

You can just delete all the backpack data for each steam id in the data files section

@illusive  There are a bunch of json files in there..... ur saying just delete them all?

Yeah I go to Oxide > Data > delete entire "Backpacks" folder
