and i get lots of them all the time

I have not had any other reports of particularly bad performance so far.

Please make sure you don't have other plugins and circumstances slowing down your server while these backpacks operations are executed.

It is not obvious what you mean as you give an error message from a version that is a year old, it has since been updated many times, The way you can solve the problem is to update to the latest version and then see if you actually still have a problem.
