so basically add a little left and right arrow and then let us have more than 1 backpack as defined in the config file... you know what im saying?

Why would you need them ? with the backpack size at 7 you have 42 slots as well as your normal inventory ?, if your stack sizes are set up properly you will have no problem, You have to bear in mind that when FP introduce weight limits everything will change !

I was wondering this also. I was on a server that gave you 3 Pages and each page was like diffrent sizes like a real backpack it was king of neat. 
For sure something that would be neat of PVE servers
