Backpacks in field of view
Hey,
If i open and close the backpack i have a backpack in my field of view.
If i try to open it with "E" it despawns.

Any Idea?
This is my only issue with the Plugin, and I'm really hoping it will be fixed over time. Great otherwise.
Yeah and maybe a improve of the "backpack.open" command.
maybe change it to "backpack.toggle"
Yep, I get the same thing. I'm running & trying to attack & all of a sudden, I have a bloody backpack blocking my view.
Show on back is no good. Is in field of view when playing. Can it be fixed please???
It is already fixed its in the config,
{
  "Backpack Hotkey": "b",
  "Backpack Size (1-3)": 3,
  "Blacklisted Items (Item Shortnames)": [],
  "Drop On Death": true,
  "Erase On Death": false,
  "Hide On Back If Empty": true,
  "Show On Back": false,
  "Use Blacklist": false
}
Just choose "show on back" : false
i know that. just want it to be visible and work without being visible in front of me.
I have been using this for at least 2 years and have no problems with it, I never see the backpack at all when playing and if you have "backpack show on back : false" you wont see it at all, I also use a plugin called no sash which hides the sash as well
You also bind the b key (as in plugin documents) to open the backpack , again with no problems, you dont have to type backpack.open that is what the b key binding  does and you press esc key to exit . again its all in the plugin documents.

I imagine it is based on the view the player has on their client, where the backpack is clipping inside their player.

No one say something about typing the command, i know how to bind a key.. And when i have a option to show the backpack on back and i use it and have a bug then i post it here... You post sounds a littlebit agressive. Your post above is not a fix, its a workaround...
it is not a work around it is specifically what is shown in the backpacks documents, you will not see the backpack with normal view, if you change your point of view you will of course see it, there is no command to make it invisible (to you), You state that you tried using E to open the backpack while the documents advise using b the choice is of course yours but yours despawns it.
You say you want a better command than "backpack.open" to open the backpack which is not necessary if you have already bound it with the correct key.
I am never agressive , I just state what works for me based on the  plugin documents.
But as my advice based on a working config is not needed I will spend my time doing something else,
You dont understand what the problem is, i dont have changed my FOV. And the purpose of the backpack on my back is not that I constantly hang it on my face when I'm running. So again that is definetly a bug. And when i  have the option to enable the backpack and this is not working correctly, is your "solution" only a workaround... If you have a Customer and he said that the Radio in the Car is making strange sounds you cant say that he have to turn it off... Its the same sense (illustrated)... I dont want to make it invisible to me... I want that its shown in the correct position behind me, and not in my face while running.

And the sense for the "backpack.toggle" command is simply that the user can open and close it with the same key and not with ESC or Tab..

Sorry for the word by word translation, maybe it sounds a littlebit "agressiv" but it dont have to, but in some cases i dont know the right translation... I think.. I feel a littlebit missunderstood, i hope you now know what i mean.
everytime i open backpack and close it either it's above my head or right in front of me i have check forum you have locked one topic about it but the problem still exist also when it does happen i get this in server window
Invalid Position: item_drop_backpack[1140753] (-1280.4, -504.4, 479.4) (destroying)
