After the update today, I wiped the server and the configuration file was regenerated.  Reloading the plugin did not solve the problem, nor did deleting the configuration file.

 I can't reproduce the issue, So its difficult to find a solution

it have to do with how things now getting loaded

Prefab 'assets/bundled/prefabs/static/miningquarry_static.prefab' requires asset scene 'AssetScene-prefabs' to be loaded first.
Prefab 'assets/prefabs/deployable/quarry/mining_quarry.prefab' requires asset scene 'AssetScene-prefabs' to be loaded first.
Prefab 'assets/bundled/prefabs/static/pumpjack-static.prefab' requires asset scene 'AssetScene-prefabs' to be loaded first.
Prefab 'assets/prefabs/deployable/oil jack/mining.pumpjack.prefab' requires asset scene 'AssetScene-prefabs' to be loaded first.
ERROR: Shader Sprites/Default shader is not supported on this GPU (none of subshaders/fallbacks are suitable)

Please try the latest version. 
I was able to duplicate with a small map
trying to work around this asset issue

its compiling now 
but when i get a oil pit its durability is 0 ans says not stable enoufh

the "not stable enough" message is because of terrain and generated by the Rust client side.
Server is not even asked about placement
