First of all i've made a backup and then updated the plugin to 1.3.0 from version 1.2.5
After the update, people reported that team members where no longer able to open doors or crates, even though they have it allowed.
So i figured i would try and wipe the data file, and tested it with a team redo'ing everything as in creating a new team and placing down a new tc, upon inviting new team members, the member did get added automatically to the TC, however the person still wasn't able to open doors and/or boxes.
I did double check and all that was enabled in the config, as well as the individual team config.
Reverting back to version 1.2.5 made everything functional again.
Auto Athorization doesn't work after update.

I did make sure, and yes they did.
It's alright though, i'll just remain using 1.2.5 for now. As it does what it needs to do.

Welp i guess i won't be using it. seems to be the only decision i can take based on my findings, i'm not saying you are wrong. But i'm just merely reporting what i found out after extensive testing on my end. I everted back to the old version for the time being, and it started working again. I will try again when the server wipes. I feel like it'll start working after a server wipe. But i do not feel like wiping just for a plugin that doesn't work in the moment. So therefore i'll try again when the server wipes on the 1st of July.

Please delete your language file
After deleting the language file, the data file, and completely reinstalling the plugin from scratch I could not get the latest version to cooperate. Following all recommendations above including having the players in the clan disable/re-enable all settings did not seem to have any effect - I still could not get v1.3.5 to work appropriately. Not sure how to get it to kick in as intended so I have also reverted to v1.3.0 for now which seems to be more cooperative.
