so a bug turned up on my pve server and i need to check some peoples tc to insure the bug wasnt abused by the player by checking amounts of HQM.  is there a way for admins to bypass this?

Don't understand what you need to bypass?

when i try to open tc, it says i have to be friends to access the tc, is that this plugin?  hard for me to keep track what plugin is what
