Prevent spawning traps in swampsSuggestion

So I have 2 players that have built in 2 diffrent swamp biomes  and in 2 diffrent swamp trees and AST does trigger that they are being killed by placing a building block ontop of it... but the trap is still there so over X ammount of time it adds another violation count and with time bans a player.

 

So my thing is how can we prevent swamp tree bases from triggering violations, is there a way to delete a stash? And is there a way to stop a stash from being able to spawn in certain places?

I'll introduce the ability to exclude certain monuments from the pool where traps can be planted in the upcoming update
