I would suggest that the sleeping bag spawn be disabled by default. The reason I say this is because it can create unwarranted suspicion of Admins due to the fact that it is a widely used tactic by innocent players to spam the "use" key around sleeping bags to find stashes.

I disable this feature on my own because what I would be more interested in and feel would be more actionable proof of an ESP cheater, would be the player revealing randomly spawned stashes where there would be no other factors involved for someone to believe that a stash exists.
