i noticed this like right away because i wanted to make it so the santa event would run every 5 minutes on christmas
Santa event runs even when christmas event isn't running.
They have no relevance
...well then this sidenote is a little confusing then eh...
Some Events like Santa's Sleigh are only available when Christmas is running.
