Probably the most stupidiest question, how do you play the demos? do I need to be in the server to play it? FP explaination is really confusing since I haven't really use the demo feature ingame.

you put the demo file in your Rust/demos/ folder.. in your game on the right hand side you have a camera looking button click that, and it lists your demos, play from there.
