Why is it only me that doesnt see a popup gui? :/

Am I missing an optional plugin?

Yeah it is on on the plugin. Think I was trying it on bases that had players still online. I just hoped that I can mod it, so it can tell the message even on bases where the plugin considers the player as online, to ensure consistency.
