Add so when a door or box is opend in a base the 10 min counter resets ( "cooldownMinutes": 10,) .
So players can leave the team and keep on playing with offline raid protection, or login with an alt account and do it

I disable code locks and  use auto auth keylocks to teammates/clans.. This prevents what your seeing.
