Raid Protection While Online

I have players in my server actively raiding other bases, while their base is still fully protected and they are online..  Vanilla config:

No, I never did get this plugin working satisfactorily.  I just reverted to the following plugin, which provides online or offline raid protection for a resource cost: https://umod.org/plugins/raid-protection

I think your issue is the order of your protections The should lower to Higher and your values are all 0 you only need 2 points unless your changing the values
