That "Anti Offline Raid determines who owns TC"

Now Anti Offline Raid determines who owns a structure based on who built it.

So if the raider has tc, the base remains on the builder, therefore also protected!

Or the builder of the base leaves after a fight.

Or builds a base for someone else.

Thats is really a problem with rule enforcement on our server, they may not be located in a house with protection thats prohibited.

but Anti Offline Raid determines who owns a structure based on who built it, so it does not switch to the new owner.
