Any possible way to give this permission to one of my moderators without giving them full access to admin commands?
Give permission without being an Admin?
The plugin uses the "admintime" convar to change the time locally for an admin. The only way to do this is to either run moderatorid <steamid> or ownerid <steamid>.
As far as I know, you cant use this command unless the player running it is specified as a moderator/owner with the above commands. I will look into it further however.

I am now rewriting the plugin to work with non-admins, along with some other features, it will probably release tonight!
