i tried the commands and the arror keys and in the json file wont let me move it at all

when i type /radar move? i have tried /radar mover nothing works when i press the arrow keys

are you using Carbon?

no why?

because it works fine on Oxide. just tried it for myself
you don't press any keys or type anything though
click the move icon on the radar ui
click the arrows on the move window that pops up afterwards
if you type /radar move then you will just hide/show that move icon

but im not able to see the move icon ?

ok so what i did was i made half the plugin false the arrow is too far down when everything is true sorry man thank you for trying to help me.
