Can going into the /radar menu leave us at the selectable options until we exit our cursor? (Enter / Leave chat for example?)

you can't exit the cursor, and you can't press enter with it enabled. a button would have to be added to toggle the cursor.

So just so  we're on the same page, if I "select" say, "TC" from the menu, by design, it exits me out of the ability to use my cursor, correct? And I have to re-enter the ability to use my cursor to select any other options now. Every single time I want to click an option. 1 by 1.

This wasn't happening prior to this update, I don't believe. But please correct me if I'm wrong. This clip shows that you have to re-enter the ability to use your cursor after pressing any single option each time.

i may change it in a future update! ya never know!

I just realized you can just hit "TAB" to bring up your player UI and your cursor is obviously enabled there, and you can toggle the options all you want on the radar UI, then just hit TAB again. This works for me!

Just press G for the map and you can click unlimited, that's how i always did it, I thought everyone did?? o.O
