Issue: stuck with admin rights

I noticed that when a moderator uses the admin radar they sometimes gets admin rights.
I tested alot and found a way to repeat this issue:

  1. Die with Admin radar gui on.
  2. Activate all
  3. Respawn
  4. Not you can use high tier admin commands in console like: god true & noclip
I tried to add the following to the "OnPlayerSleepEnded" to ensure admin rights are removed on wakeup but no luck so far:

I know full admin rights are temporary required to use the ddraw commands but Is there a way to avoid the above issue?

Yes I know. Sorry for not being clear, by moderators I mean "chat moderators" with limited premissions not moderatorid <steamid>
