The only spec you gave is the amount of memory available to your server... Not helpful at all.

Yes it probably will affect performance, but feel free to try it out. Also turning on radar for everything will affect it too as the amount of entities that have to be updated will increase dramatically. You may not feel any lag, especially if you're using noclip, but the players will feel it.
I'm not sure how this will affect performance now that the plugin runs in a coroutine. I haven't noticed any issue on a 100+ server.
