I've reinstalled this mod (and reset my server) multiple times now but for some reason "/adminpanel show" isn't an accepted command, neither does the Hotkey work.

I'm about at my wits end here and I don't know what I possibly could be doing wrong. Any ideas? It seems like I'm not the only one here with this issue.

If the command comes back as invalid, the plugin isn't loaded. Did you check your oxide/logs for errors?

I've checked the Command Prompt time after time again with CTRL+F looking for Adminpanel; "Adminpanel, (& other mods) were compiled successfully in 2277ms" and nothing saying anything was unloaded.

When I grant permissions I get "Group 'Admin' already has permission 'adminpanel.allowed'" as-well.

This should be fixed in 1.4.1
