i have permission, i bin the h key, but the menu its no working, i can´t open anyway. Sorry for my bad english

If you cannot see the UI then you don't have permission

o.grant group admin adminpanel.allowed

If you cannot toggle it on/off then enable togglemode in the config

If you don't see buttons for the other plugins (adminradar, godmode, vanish) then they aren't installed

ok, now i see in the right side a purple TELEPORT but only this, i can´t open a panel, i press the TELEPORT botton and teleport me under the map near to the center and near to the water, any idea? thanks

If you can see the TP button then the panel is open... that IS the panel. It contains buttons for TP and the 3 plugins that I mentioned. You must install them to see their buttons on the panel. You cannot use plugins unless they are installed.
