Can't get key bind to work

Im using this plugin and i just wonder something so it says that you can bind

bind h adminpanel toggle

to a key or h or whatever you want, and it says "toggle" so im gussing it should show and hide the panel when u click they key but it does not hide it, if you type /adminpanel hide and press the toggle key it shows it but if you press it agian it wont hide it please help its annoying

I would like the Player Administration panel to toggle open/close with the bound key. I wonder if it's our binds.
