I tried to spawn items but all the commands doest work, and yes ive set myself as owner/moderator, but the (oxide......) codes allways shows(not found) so i came here and tried to download the admin panel, but after i download it its just a document file, where do i put the file? the (oxide...) codes still doesnt work for me... ive set myself as owner and moderator but i can still do nothing but the normal player things...

What "codes"? If you mean the oxide.grant commands and such, then you likely do not have Oxide installed else you are using them wrong.
