You need to go to http://www.umod.org/discord and react in the general tab to the rust reaction role then this link will work https://discord.com/channels/500413814244638747/758543626069737503/982733901724282900

once you get the .cs file from the link you put it in your oxide plugins folder and run the command /fixcars in chat as admin

my players have since a few days the problem that all vehicles "chassis" that spawn on the map are only pushable. You can no longer simply enter vehicles, we have plugins like CraftChassis and VehicleLicense on it, about the players currently drive all vehicles. 
However, it is very annoying that you can no longer use any vehicles on the map, or all vehicles are only pressable and can no longer be occupied. We are really at a loss... 

Does anyone have an idea or could help us ?

Can I please ask You to check your plugin Countries?
I have lots of requests in past two days that m server recognises IP's as a ru but players sending me their IPs and they are looks like from Ukraine. Maybe there are some changes at a service of checking ip in your plugin?
