We're looking into the issue still, but for now... the only solution is to run without EAC enabled, else without Oxide until resolved.
Please give some info, how to do this? Where to read?

Same here, my windows based server is still not starting up after this update and removing the EAC.

I removed Rust:IO but still the server keeps crashing,

For me oxide was running fine however I got horrible lag spikes. This wasnt the case before. I dont see anything in the console.

Haven't you read the first 3 pages? They are working on a fix.
