Searching for a partner for server
knoepert
Are you addicted to rust, a modder or are you a true veteran when it comes to supporting and helping out with the server? Well, it can be your lucky day as we are looking for that one cog that will make the transmission complete.

As we are working on our PvE/PvP map, we can always have suggestions, new ways of creating monuments and creating a lit background story about the map we are creating. Together, we stand stronger. Is it something for you?

Some req I would like to drop here, just to make sure that you have the knowledge before applying.

  • 18 years and older is a must.
  • Experience with coding ( JSON, PHP, C++ and such )
  • You have played the game over 2500 Hours in total game time.
  • You have 5 hours a week time to be spent on the map, quest ideas and such. We don't mind when you will help out as school/work/exams are important as well.
  • You have discord and/or Teamspeak.
  • You do NOT have any partnership or sponsorship ever with rusty pot or other fake scam sites.

What would you get from us?

  • The ability to promote your youtube uploads with our community.
  • The ability to promote your twitch stream with our community.
  • The ability to join our giveaways from our partners.
  • You will be earning free games, gift cards so now and then from us as a gift for the support you provide.

interested? Let us know! comment under here or contact be trough discord noize#1991

its because I have also several partner contracts with Kolibri games, NCsoft, Gameforge and several others. They have certain rules in their contracts for being a partner about it when it comes to certain subjects related to gambling ads and sites.

To be honest you're requirements are rediculas for what you get in return.

nah, i see it as a perfect compensation for the first few months. After that, its all upon the person who has time to spend. The more, the better.

Look it up, ZZP. Meaning, I can't hire people so again, take it or leave it.

This isn't a job. It's a hobby. I was simply telling you what I thought.

of course, but i have my servers listed with my company. You actually can get paid once you help out. what i only do first is seeing the amount of work you would do for example. Every moderator or admin goes through a 3 months process to see if you really want it and like to do.

Some streamers and reviewers of mine getting free games to be reviewed and others getting a compensation trough PayPal for their own projects. One of my streamers is actually working on his own CMS ( WordPress lookalike ) so I donated some time to time to help him support his creation.

Thats good to hear. Maybe add that to the original post if you can still edit it. Pretty sure you'll have a higher chance of getting someone then.

that's actually the reason why I don't place such information. If I would place it, everyone wants to help out only because they know that they get paid. I'm rather looking for someone that doenst always wants cash or games and loves to do as it's his work or as you mentioned love to do it as a hobby. Some of my partners in the gaming sector do also search for new talent to offer them a job at their firm.  Even one of my volunteers ended up working for Gameforge on their soul worker project while he was rejected for work due to a bit of autism. ( the Netherlands be like )

well all I can say is good luck my friend but I know for a fact the amount of work that's required for running servers no one in their right mind would do it for free and I'm 99.9% sure nobody on this form is going to help you out for free but as I said good luck.

providing people with games and a chance at getting money is not the same as hiring them you're asking for somebody to do a lot of work for a chance at them getting potential money. what you should be asking is I need a partner that will do most of the work and if you prove yourself to me I might buy you lunch here and there oh did I mention there's free games.

Merged post

I could tell you what I get paid for being an admin and some of the most popular servers on Rust but it seems it wouldn't make a difference.

basically, you only want to help out when you see a monthly paycheck. That's not how my company stands for. Good luck finding your luck elsewhere.
